Directions

ADULT DOSAGE:

One tablet daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Alternatively, dissolve one tablet in 250 mL of warm water or milk of your choice: stir and consume as a delicious turmeric tea or latte. Once dissolved, consume immediately.

STORAGE:

Store below 30°C. Do not use if cap seal is broken.

WARNINGS:

If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Contains lactose monohydrate. Take care when handling tablets as uncoated finish may stain.

TURMERIC (Curcuma longa extract 105.3 mg) equiv. dry rhizome (standardised to contain curcumin 78.98 mg) 4.21 g (min.)

BLACK PEPPER (Piper nigrum extract 0.185 mg) equiv. dry fruit 9.99 mg
